Social Responsibility

The company provides all the mandatory social compliances like ESIC (free medical facilities to the
workers and their dependents), Bonus and Leave with wages etc which are mandatory by the
government.
Besides the above, the company also provides some voluntary social compliances like fresh and
treated drinking water, best hygiene facilities etc.
The company adopts the non- discrimination policy for classification of workers.

Technical Compliance:

The company provides clean working place with enough light and air to its workers. All the required
safety equipments are provided to ensure protection and inter-factory first aid facility by trained
persons to launch immediate remedy to any minor wound. Every year 2 or 3 persons are sent for
first aid training on company’s expenses. In addition the company has provided adequate facilities to
meet the challenge of any industrial accident such like fire, chemical spills etc.
Fire Mock Drills are conducted once annually.
Internal audits to ensure Factory maintenance are conducted twice a year.
Machinery Maintenance is carried out twice annually.
DG Sets and Compressors have been issued NOC Working certificates by competent Authorities.
